Friends in Paris

It's rather late now, before I call it a day, I just wanted to keep you updated. Summer is a time when friends come to visit Paris. I was out the whole day entertaining and catching up with my friends from the US. Naturally, we drank, ate, and enjoyed ourselves. Oh dear! What about all those extra calories? Luckily, we did our walking exercise for hours along the boulevards, window-shopping, sight-seeing, etc. I hope we managed to burn out some calories :)

Have you been to Paris? Best time to come visit Paris is in Spring when flowers are blooming, late summer and early fall is another choice. A warm and hearty welcome to Paris!

Beverages

Do you know that some beverages can negatively impact your intention to lose weight or to preserve your good health? Here are a few examples of the extra calories an innocent glass of wine or alcohol can add to the amount of your daily calorie requirement.

15 cl of white/red/rosé wine = approx. 105 calories
8 cl of whisky = approx. 190 calories
a glass of champagne = 110 calories
1 small glass of liqueur = 125 calories
25 cl of beer = approx. 200 calories
25 cl of soda = approx. 148 calories

Don't let it sabotage your good intention. This does not mean that you should stop drinking completely, just be mindful... moderate drinking is the key.

Overweight or preserve your good Health

Remember I mentioned exercise, rest, and good nutrition are the good foundation to maintain beautiful and healthy skin? Well, good nutrition also contributes to our general state of health... however, too much or unbalanced eating will lead to overweight. Needless to say that a good night sleep is vital because it affects all the processes of our body.

So whether you have weight problem or you wish to preserve your good health, sticking to a proper diet program is a reasonable venture. Personally, I don't believe in weight-loss centers because there is no evidence that their programs are solid for a long-term success. It is therefore important to focus on healthy food in-take. I came across a good Nutrition Program with done-for-you meal plans, detailed shopping list, and easy cooking instructions for a delicious meal. CLICK HERE if you're interested.

On the other hand, if you're looking for a "quick-fix" program to lose weight or simply to stay young and healthy, experience the amazing benefits with 10-day Master Cleanse Secrets. It only takes 10 days, MORE HERE.

And remember... do not ever starve your body as it is not the healthiest way to lose weight!

I'm so glad I kick off my weblog... more importantly, I'd like you to feel "at home".

Being at the starting block, I'm still learning how to add in new features and gadgets, and some of them do seem a bit overwhelming. But I will take my time to build it up step by step... slowly and steadily. Hopefully, I'll be able to finalize the look in about a week's time :)

Will leave you here for today... will be back tomorrow.
