Since we all know that our metabolism differs, we'll have to accept that "one man's meat is another man's poison".
I believe eating healthy is the key to our good health... it isn't important how many times you eat in a day. Personally, I can't remember how many times I ate daily when I was younger, but I'm sure I followed at least the standard 3 meals a day formula. As we grow older, we need less calories to burn. I have been on two meals for the past couple of years and I feel great! I used to have a glass of juice with a cup of black tea as breakfast, just recently I changed to a glass of soya bean milk and a big cup with orange, lemon and honey mixed hot drink for breakfast. A good proper balanced lunch with rice, potatoes or spaghetti; and for dinner, a handful of fruits. Have you noticed that I did not mention any sweet desserts? I'm slim and in good health. I should be a model citizen for our Health care institution LOL!
